Rosa Milagros (Amy) Santos Dr. Amy Santos is a faculty member in the Department of Special Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is the coordinator of the Early Childhood Special Education masters program. Dr. Santos’s research interests focus on the impact of cultural and linguistic diversity on services for young children with disabilities, their families, and professionals who work with them.
