TACSEI Now Accepting Applications for Teams to Attend Implementation Academy

TACSEI is hosting an intensive Implementation Academy for district or program-level teams who are interested in implementing the Pyramid Model in preschool programs or classrooms with a focus on children at risk for or with delays or disabilities. This model, developed by TACSEI, and our sister Center, the Center for the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (CSEFEL), provides the conceptual framework of evidence-based practices for promoting young children’s social-emotional competence and preventing and addressing challenging behavior.

This Academy will provide the training and materials needed to support program-wide implementation and sustainability. The Pyramid Model Implementation Academy will take place April 26 - April 29, 2010 in Tampa, Florida. Teams must complete an application to attend.
